On March 1, 2014, my friend Ashleigh and myself hosted a party in recognition of the past 4 years of my work, and the launching of my new blog! Ashleigh, just starting her own event planning business- was a major help in making this party happen. We invited family, friends, and some clients to join in on the excitement. I had the opportunity to photograph Barbara and Al, a couple that I have known since I was a young girl through our local church. In August of 2012, they were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary, which was a perfect reason for a family reunion and a party! The party was located at the Alisal Guest Ranch in Solvang, CA. It was a heartfelt reception with family and friends from all walks of life. They participated in dinner, speeches, family photos and desserts to celebrate this special couples’ love. Enjoy //
