One of my favorite little clients is now a big 3 year old! Braden started out as a client with his mom Hydee during her maternity session, and quickly stole my heart after his first session. His three year old portrait session was filled with his favorite Henry Hugglemonster toys, a book, a number 3 balloon, and his family. He looked absolutely dapper in his bow tie and hat (the latter which he didn’t like very much). Capturing Braden’s smiles and personality is such a treat! Enjoy! //
Taylor’s senior portraits were done at the beautiful Bella Cavalli Farms in Buellton, CA. We had a perfect afternoon and a gorgeous landscape to photograph in. Taylor will be joining the Marine Corps following graduation, and you can see the light of excitement in his eyes when he talks about it. He is finishing his senior year at Santa Ynez High this May, leaving behind memories of playing football for the Pirates- where he earned a prestigious award for his leadership. This little cutie’s mom contacted me for a newborn session to be done in a studio style, and I jumped at the opportunity! I’ve never tried any newborn style photography besides lifestyle, so I was looking forward to the mother’s wish for a more studio approach! With the help of a beautiful master bedroom with amazing natural light coming in, a gorgeous bed, and some cute props, we got some beautiful shots of this little girl! (The slight smile one just melts my heart!) To say I am proud of the photos is the very least I can say. I was able to learn and pull this session together within 3 days, and have all the tools necessary. I am looking forward to doing more sessions like this one in the future. Enjoy //
